All orders are usually made, packed, and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Once your parcel is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Because our products are 3D printed, each one is made with care and attention — small variations in texture or finish are part of their charm.

Returns

Your happiness matters to us.
If something’s not right with your order — whether it’s damaged, faulty, or the wrong item — let us know within 7 days of delivery. Just send us an email with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.

We’re happy to replace the item or give you store credit.
Please note: custom or personalised orders can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Warranty & Refunds

We stand by the quality of our designs!
Every product comes with a 30-day workmanship warranty. If something goes wrong because of a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it for free.

Refunds are available if:

• We can’t replace the product, or

• The wrong product was sent.

Once approved, refunds are processed to your provided payment method within 5–7 business days.
